Wholehearted Commitment
From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others. After exploring various careers, I finally found my calling when I found health consulting and coaching in 2015. I haven’t looked back since.
I take a functional medicine approach to provide a comprehensive set of services to help you find your root cause, and offer support as you navigate your health and wellness challenges. I work with clients closely in order to achieve measurable results.
Life doesn’t have to be a downward spiral. If you have “age-related chronic disease” and you are motivated to gain better control of your own biology to regain your vitality, let’s talk!
Aside from my role as a pharmacist and health coach, I am also a distributor for BEMER, a Health Canada approved Class II medical device to improve blood circulation.
And no matter how busy I get, I always make sure to schedule time with my family and my two fur babies.
